We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return / Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Items bought on final sale are not eligible for return
• Lingerie and innerwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (size exchange may be possible if unopened)

How to request

• Go to My Account → My Orders and select the order, or
• WhatsApp us at 78019 88097 with your order number

Refunds

Once we receive and check the product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are shipped after we receive the original item, subject to stock availability.
